Service Description

Consultation Fee is waived upon signed tax agreement during tax season only. Cancellation Fee of $35 will apply for no call/no show appointments. Genasis offers a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If client has not contacted or rescheduled for another time, cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours before your appointment. All No Shows will be sent a $35 cancellation fee invoice.
